Processing Times

All Abyss Ritual pieces currently in stock are dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next available business day.

Shipping times vary depending on your location, the shipping service chosen, and external factors such as carrier delays or customs processing.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $10 AUD per order within Australia.

International shipping is charged at a flat rate of $30 AUD per order.

United States shipping is charged at a flat rate of $25 AUD per order. Free shipping is available on orders over $200 AUD.

Shipping costs will be applied at checkout.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all addresses within Australia and select international destinations.

Available shipping options will be displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping rate at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

United States

We ship to the United States via Australia Post International Standard. Standard shipping is $25 AUD. Free shipping is available on orders over $200 AUD (~$130 USD). Estimated delivery is 10–20 business days.

Orders under $800 USD are not subject to US import duties (de minimis threshold). Orders exceeding $800 USD may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including weather events, carrier delays, or customs processing. We will notify you of any significant delays where possible.
