Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be sent to the following address once approved.

If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the incorrect item. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it promptly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom or made-to-order products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

We also do not accept returns for perishable goods, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item. Once your return has been approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be in the same condition as received—unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging—and must include proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
