Our tees are crafted from premium cotton selected for comfort, durability, and long-term wear. We use both mid-weight and heavyweight fabrics depending on the intended fit and silhouette of each design.

GSM refers to fabric weight. Higher GSM fabrics feel thicker and more substantial, while lower GSM fabrics are lighter and more breathable. Our garments typically range from 180 GSM to 280 GSM.

Masters garments are typically made from heavyweight fabrics (around 280 GSM) with relaxed or boxy fits and dropped shoulders, creating a structured, street-focused silhouette.

Dolls garments use mid-weight fabrics (around 180 GSM) with regular fits designed for comfort, shape retention, and everyday wear.

All garments are designed for minimal shrinkage when cared for correctly. Following the recommended wash instructions will help maintain fit and shape.

Cold wash inside out. Avoid tumble drying. Do not iron directly over printed areas. These steps help preserve both the fabric and the artwork.

We currently ship within Australia only. This allows us to maintain quality control and ensure each order is handled with care. International shipping may be introduced in the future.

All Abyss Ritual garments are made to order and hand-finished.

Production typically takes 14–21 business days before dispatch. This timeframe reflects our print-on-demand process, quality checks, and finishing stages.

Shipping within Australia is charged at a flat rate of $15 AUD per order.

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and returned in original condition with packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required.

As our garments are made to order, change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

To request a return, please contact us at support@abyssritual.com before sending anything back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Include your order number and photos where possible, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Custom or made-to-order items are also excluded from change-of-mind returns, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
